Shipping policy

PATHS Program LLC, and affiliates, are the operators of (https://emozi.net) ("Website"). By placing an order through Shopify via this Website, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Product Availability

Subject to stock availability. We manage and maintain accurate stock counts on our website however occasionally, there may be unavailable items at time of purchase. In this instance, PATHS Program will ship the available products to you, and contact you directly to resolve all backordered items.

  1. Shipping

We strive to ship your item(s) within 2 business days of receiving your Shopify order payment.

Domestic shipments are typically in transit for 2 - 7 days.

Internationally shipments are typically in transit for 7 - 22 days; a function of the geographic location and courier method selected.

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation. 

  1. Damaged orders

PATHS Program is committed to providing high quality merchandise to our customers. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@emozi.net for resolution. Please attach a photo of the damaged item upon receipt of the shipment.

  1. Tracking

We will provide a tracking number once the item has been shipped. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Shipping Cost

An estimated cost is available when you are selecting your courier at checkout. The carriers that may be used are United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or general delivery addresses. Payment for shipping will be collected with the online purchase as part of the total price. 

  1. Duties & Taxes
    • Sales tax is applied to the price of all products offered
    • A Sales Tax Exemption number is required and must be noted on the online order, when applicable
    • Import duties & taxes may apply for international shipments
    • Customer prepayment of all duties and taxes is typically required, and reduces delays at the destination customs office
